Shipments
1. Purchased artworks are shipped via courier service no later than 7 days after payment has been credited. In special cases, if the order processing time exceeds 7 days, the Seller will contact the Client to inform them about the delay and its cause. If the Buyer is notified before the shipment that the product may be delayed, they have the right to cancel the order.
2. A sales document, compliant with tax regulations, and a certificate of authenticity are included with the order. 11. Delivery costs are covered by the Client. Fees may vary depending on the parameters of the offered item and are determined during the ordering process.
3. The conditions for the sale and shipment of the artwork abroad are negotiated individually with the Buyer. Outside the EU, the Buyer may incur additional costs in the form of customs duties, taxes, etc.
4. The Seller is not responsible for delivery times, loss of items, or damages caused by courier companies. The Seller notes that the Client has the option to inspect the condition of the shipment, open it, and verify the completeness of the order in the presence of the courier. In case of any discrepancies, the Seller recommends creating a damage report.
5. The Client has the right to return the purchased item without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt. In such a case, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Client. The refund will be issued promptly after receiving the returned item, provided the Client returns the item in the same condition as it was purchased. The Client is responsible for properly securing the return shipment. At the Client's request, the Seller will provide any necessary guidance on the appropriate packaging of the returned item.
